Surveyonics Anti-Spam Policy

Surveyonics follows a zero tolerance policy with regard to Spam. You must ensure that you have obtained the explicit consent of the persons to whom you send emails from Surveyonics to participate in your survey.

If Surveyonics finds you indulging in spamming activities or if Surveyonics receives any complaint that unsolicited email has been transmitted by you or by your agents or customers, then Surveyonics reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and without notice.

Every email sent from Surveyonics requesting participation in a Surveyonics survey is accompanied with an opt-out link that allows the recipient to unsubscribe from your Surveyonics mailing list. By accepting our anti-spam policy, you agree that you will not disable, hide or remove, or attempt to disable, hide or remove the opt-out link from the email. If you receive an unsubscribe request directly, you will process the request within 10 days of receiving the request and update your mailing list accordingly.

It is your responsibility to monitor your spam complaint rate and ensure that it remains below the industry standards. If Surveyonics determines that the emails you send in connection with your surveys generate more spam complaints than the industry standards, Surveyonics can, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account.

Permitted Use

1. You can send emails from Surveyonics only to those people who have explicitly consented to receiving emails from you or given you express permission to email them.
2. The consent of the recipients must very clearly be in relation to receiving email invitations to participate in Surveyonics surveys.

Prohibited Use

1. You are prohibited from sending emails from Surveyonics to email addresses purchased or rented from a third party unless you can prove that the persons owning those email addresses have explicitly opted in to receiving such emails as you will send them from Surveyonics.
2. You are prohibited from using email addresses which are general in nature and not personal, or which have been copied from the Internet or any other source, or harvested in any other manner.
3. You are prohibited from sending unsolicited emails from Surveyonics to newsgroups, distribution lists or message boards.
4. You are prohibited from using Surveyonics to send commercial emails (as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) to a recipient who has unsubscribed, opted out or objected to receiving such mails from you or a third party on whose behalf you may be commissioned. In case you wish to send commercial emails, you must first familiarize yourself with the CAN-SPAM Act 2003.

Mandatory Content

1. Every email you send from Surveyonics must contain the link to the survey to which you are requesting participation. The link to your survey is shown as [SurveyLink] in the body of your email. While you can customize the content of the email, you must not change anything within what you see written as [SurveyLink].

2. If you choose to customize the content of the email according to your needs, you must ensure that the language you use in the email is in no way insulting, defamatory, hateful, racist, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

3. While customizing the content of the email, you must also make sure that the message conveyed by the email remains the same, that is, you are inviting the recipient to take your survey.

3. Every email you send from Surveyonics contains a built-in opt-out link to allow the recipient to unsubscribe from your mailing list. You must not disable, hide or remove, or attempt to disable, hide or remove the opt-out link from the email.
