Employee Exit Survey

There is nothing alarming about an employee calling it quits. But it is harmless to find out why he is quitting. There is cause for concern though if many employees have been quitting and a little too frequently. Needless to say, it is absolutely harmful not to find out why they have been quitting.

Employee Exit Surveys provide the best means to discern employees' reasons for leaving. Their real utility however lies in their ability to elicit the most honest feedback possible on the different aspects of the company given that the quitting employee fears no retribution.
