 Food Product Development: Bliss Balls
This is a survey for a Food Technology class, we are required to develop a snack product suitable for young, active, health conscious people, that is low in sugar, salt and fat. This is part of my market research - your input is greatly appreciated.

If so, what did you like/dislike about them? *Bliss Balls are small, truffle-like snacks made from combining nuts and natural sweeteners (i.e. dates, maple syrup, rice malt syrup) which are rolled into ball shape. Usually Bliss Balls will be flavoured with cacao, chocolate, protein powders, spices, nut butters etc.
